To brew loose tea, use 1 tbsp for each 8+ oz. of water; for stronger tea, allow a longer brew or use additional loose tea.

To brew: Use hot, not boiling water and sweeten while still warm with honey or unrefined sugar. Allow to brew for 5-10 minutes. For iced tea, use a stronger brew before adding ice OR refrigerate once cool.
