Next up: Yin Yoga and Tea at BUTI MVMNT in Baton Rouge

I’ll be popping up at the Buti Baton Rouge studio in Baton Rouge on the last day of August at 6:30 for hot tea and very chill yin yoga. If you didn’t already know, your first class is only $10! Come by, grab some tea, and do some relaxing yoga to wind down for the night.

I’m very excited to be back and gearing up for the fall season (even though it’s still soooooo hot). Thanks for everything, tea lovers. See you out there.
