Introducing Respect the Elders, a Brand New Tea Blend by Adornleaf Tea Co.

Hi tea lovers,

Rachel here, and I’m so excited to (officially) introduce all of you to another signature organic handmade herbal tea blend from Adornleaf Tea Co. Respect the Elders is the newest addition to a robust, super unique collection of tea blends from a company that you all know to provide you with the best tasting and most beneficial teas that are thoughtfully crafted and perfect for your herbal wellness routines and rituals.

So what’s the deal?! Some of you may have encountered other iterations of this blend when I tried it out at past vending events as a part of our sweetened iced tea options. This introduction represents its official welcome to the team as well as a debut for echinacea, a well-known herb that is awesome for immunity and general wellness.

Organic dried elderberries provide deep, distinctive flavors and color along with immune boosting, anti-viral, and anti-inflammatory properties. Nettle and echinacea leaf bring antioxidants, allergy relief, and mellow, earthy flavors. Organic cinnamon chips and dried orange peel round out this one-of-a-kind nourishing blend with citrusy, spicy flavors providing digestive support and nausea relief along with a burst of vitamin C. I’ll be honest folks - I’m not a huge fan of elderberry syrup. But I know its benefits and I know how it has helped me in times of immune challenges and common ailments. Having it in a tea as opposed to a thick syrup really helps me to incorporate it into my daily routine. This tea brews beautifully, has a wonderful and super deep hue, and feels extra nourishing on the way down. I can’t wait to share it with you all!

Many of us know and love elderberries for their well-known abilities to bring us relief during times of allergies, coughs, and colds. This tea represents a milestone for ATC as it moves into incorporating such a trusted and popular herbal ingredient that is sure to make inroads with people who would otherwise be hesitant to dive into the wonderful world of herbal tea, and I’m so excited! As we’ve discussed, accessibility and shared learning and two major values for ATC, and teas like these provide wonderful opportunities for all of us in ATC’s growing tea lover community to learn more about new ingredients as well as those that we may be familiar with.
